The lower level also has the first of the bedrooms and a separate TV lounge with wood fireplace and French doors. The bedroom has a King-size bed and open-plan bathroom with shower, double basins and separate toilet. French doors lead to a courtyard with a table and chairs from where morning tea or coffee can be enjoyed before starting the day.
An elegant staircase leads to the upper level where there are a further two bedrooms, a living room, and a beautifully concealed small kitchenette for convenient snacks and beverages. The master suite is a stylish retreat with doors leading to the rooftop herb garden. This generously proportioned room is furnished with a King-size bed and comfortable armchairs. A door leads to a bathroom with shower and a second elegant, carpeted bathroom with a bath.
The third bedroom has a King-size bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with both bath and shower. Between these two upper level bedrooms, doors open into a living and dining room with a wood fireplace and TV. Glass doors open on to an upper terrace area.
