Stillness Manor Estate & Spa, nestled in the Constantia Valley, has become a haven for lovers of both nature and stillness. Since our renovation in early 2020, our mission is to bring wellness and tranquillity to all guests in this exciting new chapter of the Manor's story.

Originally built by the Noakes family in 1952 as a family home, the Manor features a classic Cape Dutch gable and was first transformed into a boutique hotel in 1995. Stillness now offers 14 spacious suites on four private acres of gardens with breathtaking views of False Bay, Constantia Bay, Elephant's Eye Cave, and the back of the iconic Table Mountain.

Our spa, with its indoor heated pool, provides a full range of exciting treatments, therapies, and a sanctuary from reality. Stillness is an ideal location from which to explore the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands region and is only 20 minutes from the Cape Town CBD.

Guests are accommodated either in the main manor house, which includes spacious suites including an elegant presidential suite, or in one of several cottage suites tucked away in the manor's gardens.
