About St. Martini Gardens 427

The 36 square-meter self-catering studio is situated in St Martini Gardens, a Bauhaus inspired building from the 1960s.

Ideally situated for those who want to explore the oldest part of Cape Town on foot: it lies across the road from the Dutch East India Company Gardens and its National Natural History Museum, Art Gallery and Library. 5 minutes from the Slave Lodge or the Greenmarket Square, 10 minutes from the Cape Castle, and just a stone’s throw from vibrant Long & Kloof streets. There is a hop-on, hop-off tourist bus stop at across the road.

Studio 427 offers a Euro-Afro chic urban atmosphere. Its double bed and sleeping couch comfortably sleeps two adults separately, or two adults and a child (under 12). The lounge area is equipped with a TV, dvd player and a small desk.

The Studio is self-catering, with fully furnished kitchenettes.
Linen and towels provided. Access to swimming pool and laundry. 24 hour security. 15 minutes from Cape Town international airport. Possibility of airport transfers, grocery shopping and housekeeping services by arrangement.
