The cosy kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation and has a separate scullery. The back door leads out to a lovely courtyard with seating, creating the ideal space for enjoying a barbecue with views of Signal Hill. With hanging candle holders to create a congenial atmosphere this becomes the perfect spot for watching the sunset. Steps lead down from the courtyard to a creative pebbled garden.
