A stay at Nicol Street Heritage Cottages includes breakfast at Our Local, a much-loved neighbourhood gem located just 60 metres from your cottage, at the top of Kloof Street. This quirky, character-filled café has become something of a Cape Town icon — known for its warm atmosphere, creative interiors, and generous, delicious food.
Each guest receives a breakfast credit valued at R200, redeemable via a simple QR code that we WhatsApp to you on arrival. You’re welcome to order from the menu of our favourites below, or explore the more extensive à-la-carte options available on the day.
