The villa has 7 air-conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. Five of the bedrooms open on to a large deck overlooking the ocean. On the ground floor are two spacious lounge areas, both with air-conditioning and a fireplace. The main dining table seats 12 and the informal breakfast table seats 8. The kitchen has all the mod-cons needed for hassle-free entertaining. There is also a small kitchenette for breakfast preparations. The TV lounge has a 42 inch flat-screen TV with DSTV and Netflix and there is a surround-sound system throughout the ground floor. With three comfortable, newly refurbished decks there are plenty of outdoor spaces. A heated splash pool right in front of the sea is ideal for great photos and unforgettable memories. The villa offers easy access to the Cape’s West Coast pleasures – kite surfing, kayaking, beach walks and the floral gems of the West Coast National Park.
