Stylish and sophisticated with a relaxed, holiday-living feel, the apartment is split over three levels, two of which are comfortable living spaces that open onto balconies and the third, a private roof terrace for entertaining.

The apartment enters into lovely living spaces, flood with natural light, and furnished in a contemporary-chic colonial style. A modern, open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the amenities necessary for a hassle-free holiday, including microwave, dishwasher, and built-in oven and a spacious lounge and dining area with dining table for six are ideal for entertaining or comfortable family meals.

Sleek, white American shutters and sliding doors fold back to allow the living areas to flow out onto a balcony with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is one bedroom with a single bed, as well as a guest toilet conveniently situated on this level next to the kitchen.

The second level of the apartment houses the remaining two bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a tiled en-suite bathroom with large shower and bathtub and opens on to a lovely balcony with outdoor seating and beautiful views. The second bedroom has twin beds and a dedicated bathroom with a shower, and also opens onto the same balcony as the master, offering seating and views. There is no air-conditioning in the apartment, however the bedrooms do offer fans for cooling in summer.

The third level of the apartment is undoubtedly the highlight, boasting a large tiled terrace with barbeque area, outdoor dining, and three sun loungers. There is a small kitchenette that houses the laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as bar with fridge and bar counter for serving drinks. The terrace is very private and the 360 degree views are simply breath-taking.

La Plantaćion is situated in a very secure block in upper Camps Bay with a dedicated garage and off-street visitors parking bay. The complex has two swimming pools for guests to use and a beautifully kept garden. A short drive will take you down to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay and the V&A Waterfront.
