About La Pergola
La Pergola offers two sunny, north facing apartments.
The Garden Suite consists of the entire bottom floor of our home, and our guests will have exclusive use of the area, including the pool and garden while they are with us. There is a separate entrance and two flights of stairs down from the street to reach the apartment. The north facing newly renovated 83 square metre one bedroomed apartment with king size bed, has a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace, and a dining area. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, heated towel rail and washbasin. Outside is a Mediterranean garden, pool and pergola with barbeque area.
The Loft Suite is a 25 square metre, compact, self catering, studio apartment with its own entrance. It has a small but well fitted kitchenette and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with large shower, toilet, heated towel rail and washbasin. It has a comfortable dormer window seat to curl up with a good book and glass of wine and enjoy the view. Unfortunately the pool on the property due to its positioning is exclusively reserved for the Garden Suite.
