Eric's Legacy embodies the harmony of natural elements and modern design to bring the beauty of nature and the mountain right into your space. This Villa in Higgovale comfortably sleeps 8 in 4 luxury bedrooms (but can accommodate 10 using the 2 single pull-out sleepers).

A large, open-plan living area on the main floor, encompasses the kitchen, dining area, and lounge, with sliding doors opening to the pool deck and garden to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor flow. This villa features a custom French-Oak indoor dining table that comfortably seats 12, three outdoor patio areas with ample seating and dining options a pool on the main level with loungers, an upper-level bar with a 10-seater heated hot tub offering spectacular views, two outdoor braai (BBQ) areas and a private gym (workout towels are provided.

There is air conditioning throughout and a beautiful free-standing, gel-burning fireplace in the main dining/lounge area.
Full solar backup provides uninterrupted power supply.

The TV lounge on our top floor has a quirky little secret – popcorn kernels! Why? So you can feed the charming guinea fowl (aka tarentaal) who roam the slopes of Table Mountain. Twice a day, these feathered locals swing by for a snack.
