About Eclipse
As you walk into the apartment, you will be greeted by an incredibly beautiful view of the waterfront and the bay.
The kitchen will be on your right as you enter. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, dryer and dish washer.
All crockery is available for your use.
The first guest bedroom is located on the left of the passage way. It is a lovely comfortable room that sleeps two people, and with enough cupboard space. Opposite the bedroom is the guest bathroom, which comprises of a bathtub and a shower.
The main bedroom is a spacious comfortable space for two people, with ample storage, and an en suite bathroom that has both a bathtub and a shower.
Both bedrooms have sliding doors that lead on to the balcony where you can experience stunning views of the Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium and the harbour.
The apartment building is regularly and well maintained. Occupants of the building are interesting, young working professionals. There is a general understanding with the occupants to value and respect low noise levels, so you will be able to enjoy your stay worry free from noisy neighbours.
Security in the building is excellent, with 24hr manned security based in the reception lobby, as well as electric fencing around the premises and security cameras mounted all over the building. No visitors will be allowed into the building without signing in with security. So guests can rest assured that their stay will be enjoyable and safe.
Two parking bays are available in the basement parking level for guests who have their own vehicles. Remote controls for the motorised gates will be made available to guests, along with pedestrian gate tags.
The communal pool is located in the front of the building and welcome to guests to use freely.
