The veranda (patio) is Balua wood and wrap-around, offering the best views of Camps Bay, from the rocks that separate Glen Beach from Camps Bay Beach, up to Lions Head all the way to the magnificent ocean sunsets that only become more majestic in inclement weather.
This vantage point is on the third floor of the property and also includes outdoor barbecue facilities, comfortable patio furniture and a table for up to twelve guests.The pool is heated and private, with ample loungers and a lovely little conversation nook built just to the side of it.
The master bedroom on the second floor comes replete with a walk-in closet and a massive en-suite bathroom and shower. Also on the second floor you will see the second, third and fourth bedroom. The master bedroom and the second and third bedroom all are sea-view facing, while the fourth bedroom is not. The second bedroom also contains a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom.
The two lounges and outside seating arrangement allow for numerous modes of entertaining yourself (and guests) with each area having its own unique charm and appeal.
On the third floor, with the wrap around balcony and outstanding views, you will also find a kitchenette (perfect for quick al fresco breakfasts), a large changing room with a shower and a toilet as well as another bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
