The apartment is designed around the idea of open plan living, which is enhanced by the double volume dining area. The exploded space allows one to enjoy the impressive volume, which is adorned by two spectacular chandeliers and elegantly links the loft bedroom by means of a modern stainless steel and dark wood staircase.
The intimate lounge area is comprised of 2 couches, 2 ottomans and two occasional chairs providing comfortable seating for 10. It has a 42” Plasma TV with a full bouquet of Satellite TV for your in-house entertainment.
The double volume dining room enjoys the glamour of a mirrored wall reflecting the spectacular chandelier creating a sense of opulence. It boasts a dark wood round table providing seating for 6, additionally the breakfast/bar counter provides 3 seats for the larger group or family. With the bar counter located adjacent to the fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, guests have the opportunity of grabbing a quick bite or entertaining guests to a sundowner with sweeping views of the city, the ocean and beyond.
The large modern granite kitchen is complete with top of the range appliances such as fridge/freezer, microwave oven, stove/oven, washing/dryer machine, toaster, ice crusher, coffee percolator and kettle.
