About Bosky Dell Guest Lodge on Boulders Beach
Bosky Dell (sheltered place) is perhaps the last secret hide-out of the Cape. In a truly unique setting directly above the iconic Boulders Beach, it seems lost in time. A large, rambling homestead complete with coach house and stables built in 1850 has been converted into five charming self-contained, self-catering cottages. Bosky offers simple and comfy, peaceful and private, spotlessly clean accommodation.
The spacious private grounds adjoin Boulders Beach, our garden gate leads directly onto the beach walkway. The white sandy cove below is strewn with giant granite boulders 540 million years old. It is sheltered from the wind and offers safe, shark-free bathing. Besides its incomparable beauty, the beach is famous for the unique colony of endangered African Penguins that took up home at The Boulders in 1982. You actually do swim with the penguins! This is a nature lover's paradise - truly a hidden jewel where our visitors return to experience its magic.

The Annex
Main bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. One shower room with toilet. Large, sunny open-plan kitchen and dinning room. Living area has large windows onto private garden/patio with brick braai place. Annexed to the Main House.
The Cottage
Main bedroom has a double bed. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. One shower room and toilet. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diningroom is a small but cosy area opening onto small outdoor deck. Separate indoor sunroom has 2 arm chairs and wonderful sea views
Coach House
Loft bedroom with double bed. Delightful view of sea and lighthouse from the bed. Bathroom with Victorian bath (hand shower in bath) and toilet. Open plan lounge/kitchen downstairs with sash windows - opens onto grape vine covered verandah with ocean view
The Stables
Open-plan studio cottage with stunning sea views across the ocean from double bed (on raised level). Separate shower and toilet. The lounge and kitchenette overlooks the garden and also has magnificent sea views. This cottage is ideal for elderly.
