Bliss recently received their 5 star grading, and they have to match! Headed up by Parisian trained Chef Arthur, the hotel restaurant, Beach + Bites is open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers up contemporary fine dining with a splash of creativity. Crafted cocktails and wines to suit every palate complete the experience.
Simply phone to book and try our familiar favourites like Ceaser Salad, Tuna Tartare and Beef Fillet – they will be the best you’ve ever had! For something new, try seasonal local dishes like Braised Baby Fennel and a Deconstructed Strawberry dessert to finish.
For an al fresco meal take your dining upstairs to our deck. You can even enjoy a snack around our sunny pool, or if your heart desires, take our private pathway to the beach for a romantic meal. The bar is open seven days a week. Bookings essential.
