This quiet holiday retreat is just a 10 min drive from Cape Town City Center and the V&A Waterfront.
Amber Place is within 2,5 km (approx. 5 minutes’ drive) from the Camps Bay beach and its excellent restaurants and shops. This villa is ideal for holidaymakers and business people alike, who look forward to experiencing a relaxing and peaceful environment.
The villa sleeps up to 16 Guests and is available for bookings on a weekly and monthly basis all year round.
The spacious interior is styled in neutral tones with colourful accents inspired by the abundant African nature.
There are fantastic views of the ocean from the top floor bedrooms, terraces and cigar room.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, two overlooking the sparkling pool and the ocean, and one facing a garden courtyard.
There is a spacious lounge with a gas fire place, a dining area, a TV room with a guest bathroom and shower and a cocktail bar with comfortable seating. The kitchen is large and well stocked for your self-catering needs.
On the first floor, there are 5 bedrooms, two of which open onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and ocean, and the rest are facing the magnificent 12 Apostles mountain range. There is also a common cigar room and a sun seeker terrace offering splendid ocean views.
The pool area features a sea view and a dining area under a shady balau awning. A second terrace overlooking the grass lawn provides an idyllic setting for a morning breakfast.
