With all the bedrooms on the lower garden level, the upper front door provides stylish access for visitors when entertaining in the beautifully laid out upper living areas.

Two of the bedrooms have sliding doors opening on to the garden. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bathroom lies between the second and third bedrooms and has both a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a King-size bed and the third has twin beds.

The staircase enters into the living room which in turn leads out to the balcony through glass sliding doors. The dining room has the fully equipped kitchen on one side and doors leading to the dining terrace on the other. The kitchen has a stylish Smeg gas hob, conventional oven and dishwasher. There is a separate scullery with washing machine and dryer.

The terrace has a Weber gas barbecue and can seat up to 8 for al fresco dining. There are views across to the Cape Town Stadium and the ocean beyond.
