Large sliding doors that open onto a wrap-around balcony and stunning mountain and sea views add a special touch.

The studio’s living spaces are bright and breezy, with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, two-plate stove, and coffee machine, while a spacious lounge and dining area, with a six-seater dining table, flow out onto the wide balcony through glass sliding doors and which boasts beautiful sea views.

The master bedroom enjoys a double bed and cosy nook, which can act as a dressing table or small workspace. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower and granite-topped vanity and enjoys air-conditioning and underfloor heating throughout.

The apartment is fully secure with alarm and security gate and has an in-house housekeeper who works from Monday to Friday. There is plenty of on-street parking for guests and a short drive will take you to the palm-lined beachfront of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as the Table Mountain Cableway and V&A Waterfront.
