The flat consists of a bedroom with two single beds, or one king size bed, en-suite bathroom (shower only), and with separate access from living room, separate toilet and open plan kitchen. There is direct access to the parking area in front of the flat. The couch in the living area can also be used as a double bed sleeper couch for two kids.

For the business traveller it offers the perfect lock-up-and-go accommodation. For the shopaholic, there are various malls close by such as Plattekloof Village (walking distance), N1 City Mall (10 mins), Tyger Valley Mall (10 mins) as well as Canal Walk (15 mins). The renowned V&A Waterfront is also close by (20 mins).
