100 Geneva is built over two levels; the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which all opens up on to an outdoor terrace (also with its own dining table and chairs). This upper level houses two of the bedrooms (both ensuite). This entire area enjoys views on to the garden and pool area, and to the ocean beyond.
The lower level of the house is all accommodation. There are four en-suite bedrooms (including the expansive master bedroom with its own walk-in cupboards and large bathroom). Each of these bedrooms opens up onto the garden area via large glass sliding doors.
The seventh bedroom is housed in a completely separate apartment. This apartment has its own bathroom, as well as a kitchenette. It could ideally be used for an au pair or for teenage children who might want to be slightly separate. However the quality of this apartment is comparable to the rest of the house, so it is by no means staff accommodation.
Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space. The upper level has a large wraparound balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely summer lunches or relaxing sundowners as children play in the garden below.
The garden, although not big considering the size of the house, offers plenty of space to runaround. The pool is large enough to swim lengths.
In all, 100 Geneva is a super location for a larger group travelling together, be it family, friends or a production crew.
