Welcome to Doornbosch Guesthouse & Country Cottages in the heart of rural Overberg where your South African holiday dreams come true.

Doornbosch Guesthouse and Country Cottage is a mere 2-hour drive from Cape Town, midway between Napier and Gansbaai. Centrally located between the local wine cellars, close to the white beaches of Pearly Beach and just a few minutes from the scenic mission village of Elim. Cape Agulhas, the southernmost tip of Africa is only 45 minutes away!

This rural part of the southernmost area of the Western Cape is a well-kept nature reserve. Life here is relaxed, quiet and unspoilt. This is the place where getting away from it all is really possible.

You have the choice of being part of working cattle and game farm. Experiencing the farm on horseback or from our game drive vehicle, or just relaxing in the quiet luxury of our cottages and guesthouse, and letting all your stress disappear.
