Arniston Seaside Cottages offers luxury self-catering accommodation in the popular seaside resort of Arniston. We are just a 2 hour drive from Cape Town and are set in one of the Cape's most exquisite locations, next to a 120-year-old fishing village, surrounded by pristine beaches and nature reserves. Our thatch-roofed cottages are within walking distance of safe and child-friendly beaches. The cottages are serviced daily, allowing you to live the relaxed lifestyle of Arniston.

Arniston Seaside Cottages are 3-star graded by the South African Tourism Board. We offer many accommodation options – there are smaller units as well as larger cottages that can be combined to accommodate groups of any size, from a honeymoon couple to a party of 80. The peaceful ambience is enhanced by light and airy living areas and balconies with panoramic views of the endless unspoilt ocean. The cottages are suitable for children of all ages and you may also bring your pets, by arrangement. There is also so much to do in and around Arniston. You can swim, fish or snorkel on our unspoilt coastline or go for rewarding walks or bicycle rides on the endless shores.

A Cottage
Our largest cottages, each with an upstairs suite with its own en-suite bathroom and balcony with views of the ocean. There are two bedrooms downstairs that lead off a spacious living area with its own fireplace.
B Cottage
Our open-plan cottage has two bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a fireplace, and an outdoor barbecue area. Please note that the barbecue facilities are shared as our B and C Cottages are often booked together.
C Cottage
These cottages are the perfect seaside hideaway, with a spacious bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette and outdoor barbecue area. Please note that the barbecue area is shared as our B and C Cottages are often booked together.
D Cottage
Because these comfortable cottages are upstairs, they have great views of the ocean from their balconies. Each has a well-equipped kitchenette and its own bathroom. There are barbecue facilities downstairs.
N Cottage (2 Bedroom)
These cottages are great for families or a group of friends, each with a relaxed and spacious lounge, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen area. Each has a barbecue area under a thatched lapa.
N Cottage (3 Bedroom)
These cottages are great for families or a group of friends, each with a relaxed and spacious lounge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen area. Each has a barbecue area under a thatched lapa.
4A Cottage
This spacious cottage has a large lounge and dining area with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms, and one is en-suite. The enclosed courtyard has a barbecue area under a thatched lapa.
4B Cottage
This comfortable ground floor cottage has both a bath and a shower. The enclosed courtyard is perfect for dogs or children. There is a fireplace indoors and there is a barbecue area under a thatched lapa outdoors.
5 Cottage
This free standing cottage is perfect for families. It has an enclosed courtyard perfect for dogs or children. The large open-plan lounge and dining area has a fireplace. There is a barbecue area under a thatched lapa.
6 Cottage
This popular cottage has a spacious open-plan living room with an indoor fireplace and a kitchenette. There is bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The large closed courtyard has barbecue facilities.
Brown Cow
This cottage has a sizeable lounge with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. It also has a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The cottage features both an indoor and outdoor barbecue.
Chateux Louis and the Honeymoon Suite
There is a large outdoor deck with ocean views and a 6 seater table. It has 4 bathrooms. There is an indoor barbecue / fireplace. There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, so this unit is not suitable for parents with very young children.
B and C Combination
For high season, our B Cottage (sleeps 4) and C Cottage (sleeps 2) are only available together. They share a courtyard with its undercover barbecue facility.
