The living area with big dining table is open plan with very comfy couches, lots of board games, docking station and blankets for chilly evenings. A new wood burning fireplace sits center stage in the living area.
Big window, and sliding doors lead out to the upstairs balcony with Weber and plenty of seating for lounging in the sun or eat outside.
The space is lovely for 1 or 2 families with up to 5 children:
EITHER - 4 adults with 4/5 children
OR - Max 6 adults with 2/3 children
OR - Romantic escape for 2 as the King bedroom is upstairs
