About @Greys Guesthouse
@ Greys Guesthouse boast 8 modern, classy and luxurious rooms. Each room can be arranged as either a king-size or two twin-sized beds to suit each guests’ individual needs and preferences. Each room has an allocated secure parking area.
The modern chic open-plan lounge and dining area is situated centrally close to reception for convenience, where guests can relax, socialise, watch their favourite program on TV or read the newspaper while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.
The @ Greys signature breakfasts are served each morning in the dining area with a the open-plan kitchen providing and interactive environment where guests can see the breakfast being prepared and can chat with our chef and host.
@ Greys’s outside seating area and patio provide the perfect setting to enjoy a cup of coffee and the fresh morning air while at night the scenic scene of Grey College in the evening is the perfect backdrop to enjoy a drink.

Room 1 is situated close to the reception, dining and lounge area. It is an en-suite bedroom which can be arranged with either a king-size bed or two twin-size single beds.

Room 2 is the last room situated on the west of the guesthouse. It is an en-suite bedroom which can be arranged with either a king-size bed or two twin-size single beds.
Room 03
Room 3 is situated on the north of the guesthouse. It is an en-suite bedroom which can be arranged with either a king-size bed or two twin-size single beds.
Room 04 (Honeymoon Suite)
Room 4 is our largest, most spacious room and is ideal as a honeymoon-suite. It is situated on the north of the guesthouse and is a private and luxurious en-suite bedroom which can be arranged as either a king-size bed or two twin-size single beds.

Room 5 is situated close to the reception, dining and lounge area. It is an en-suite bedroom which can be arranged with either a king-size bed or two twin-size single beds.

Room 6 is one of 3 rooms that are slightly separate from the main guesthouse. It faces north onto the internal parking area and is further away from the activities of the guesthouse which makes it ideal for the business traveller.

Room 7 is in the middle of the 3 rooms that are slightly separate from the main guesthouse. It faces north onto the internal parking area and is further away from the activities of the guesthouse which makes it ideal for the business traveller.
