About Altissimo Guesthouse
Altissimo means 'very high' in Italian and refers to the highest notes that can be played on woodwind instruments. At Altissimo Guesthouse, we pride ourselves in providing quality facilities and service of the highest standard.
Situated on the outskirts of Bloemfontein, Altissimo overlooks the quiet Lilyvale area. We invite you to come and catch your breath at our decadent sanctuary.
We provide luxury, air-conditioned B&B accommodation in 11 en-suite rooms, some with baths and separate showers and some with showers only. Certain rooms are situated away from the main building and are equipped with mini kitchenettes and microwaves. Our executive rooms have stunning views!
Each room is named after a different composer of classical music and we would like to think that we have captured a glimpse of each composer's personality in the individual decoration of the rooms.
Breakfast is served daily in the dining room at Altissimo and a number of restaurants serving a range of local and international cuisines can be found within 6 km.
