Parsons House is our private hillside villa for guests who appreciate space, privacy, and the simple luxury of feeling completely at home in the bush.
Perched high on a rocky ridge, the house overlooks the valley below, where soft morning light and golden sunrises become part of your everyday rhythm. You are welcomed by open views, fresh air, and a sense of calm that defines this special place.
The villa offers five spacious ensuite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, with one room that can be converted into twins. It is perfectly suited for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational gatherings — where everyone can enjoy their own private retreat while still sharing meaningful time together.
Life at Parsons House naturally flows between indoors and outdoors. The expansive viewing decks invite slow breakfasts, long conversations, and evening drinks as the bush settles into dusk. The large swimming pool is ideal for cooling off after safari or simply relaxing under the African sky.

At Parsons House, the four main bedrooms are spacious, calm, and designed for complete comfort. Each room features a king-size bed, crisp quality linens, and a private ensuite bathroom, allowing every guest to enjoy both independence and relaxation. Large windows invite in natural light and open toward the surrounding bush or valley views, creating a constant yet gentle connection to nature. The décor is understated and elegant, with natural textures and soft tones that reflect the landscape outside. These rooms feel airy and uncluttered — the perfect retreat after an early morning safari or a quiet afternoon by the pool.
The fifth bedroom, known as the Dream Chalet, offers a slightly more secluded feel while remaining part of the Parsons House experience. Also fitted with a king-size bed, which can be converted into twin beds if required, and a private ensuite bathroom, it is ideal for guests who appreciate a little extra privacy. Whether for grandparents, teenagers, or friends travelling together, the Dream Chalet provides a peaceful, comfortable space with the same relaxed safari charm that defines the entire villa.
