About Raptor Retreat Game Lodge
Raptors Retreat is an owner managed game lodge, offering luxurious accommodation and excellent service.
We currently have two private lodges: the Elephant Lodge and the Buffalo Lodge. Each air-conditioned room has high thatched ceilings and a huge, built-in king-size bed as well as a large sliding door that opens onto a private deck with double recliners. The deck is nestled in amongst the trees giving you the feeling of being right in the thick of the bush.
Our recently completed, air-conditioned, self-catering units offer an exclusive experience for those that just like to do things on their own. There are 2 x two bedroom units that can sleep four people sharing.

Hippo Cottage
Spacious unit with two king en-suite bedrooms, one with shower, the other with bath & shower . Large sliding doors open to patio. Private pool. Kitchen, dining room, boma and fire pit with braai. Lounge. Serviced.
Squirrel Suite
Luxury Fixed Canvas unit with open plan bedroom & bathroom. King Size Bed, Double Basin, Victorian Bath and Open Shower. Opens up to large deck with Private Splash Pool & pool loungers. Tea/Coffee Station & Mini Bar Fridge. Mosquito Nets. Air-con & Fan
