The unit has beach and breaker views and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. The main bedroom with a king-sized bed leads out onto a spacious balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. The entire unit is equipped with air conditioning. The comfortably furnished lounge and the dining room lead onto a furnished balcony, where a six-seater wooden patio dining table and gas braai makes entertaining a breeze. There is a plasma TV and DVD player in the lounge as well as an HP DSTV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, bar fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. There is also another dining table with 4 wicker chairs next to the master bedroom on the balcony as well as two sun loungers. The complex has a lovely pool area with a lawn and communal braais. Basement parking is available for 1 vehicle and there is extra open parking for guests. Access to the complex is by remote-controlled gates.
