15 Beachcombers is a comfortably furnished, three-bedroom apartment, situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito. The unit has breaker sea views and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3-kilometre promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls. The main bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom leads out onto the balcony. The second bedroom has bunk beds and the third features two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, washing machine, fridge, deep freezer, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan and iron. The lounge with TV and HP DSTV also leads out onto the furnished balcony with a weber braai. The dining room table seats six, crockery and cutlery is provided. There is undercover parking for one vehicle only. The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote-controlled access gates.
