The house was built in the 70's as one of the first houses in the area. It is situated in a wonderful quiet neighbourhood less than 300m from the beach. The main shops are an easy cycle away (1km). The house has three bedrooms, 1 double room on the ground floor with a King Size bed and view of the sea. Two rooms upstairs - a spacious bedroom (Queen size bed) with a see view and with private wet-room attached, and a small bedroom with two single beds and. A shower/bathroom is found on the ground floor. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher. Warm water is provided by a gas geyser, like most of the properties in this area. The living/dining room is small but can seat 6 people easily and has a view of the sea. Outside seating and a weber are provided. Big parking space on the property, but not enclosed. The house still has a lot of its original fittings and layout - thus the low price. At the bottom of the property, separate from the main house, is a granny flat, occupied by a full time tenant, who will be available to provide assistance when necessary and to handle documentation and the exchange of keys.
