Unique to the Addo Elephant National Park, Long Hope Villa is a beautifully restored 1900s Eastern Cape farmhouse and is located on a 14 000ha private concession. The villa has three en-suite rooms and accommodates up to six guests. The beautiful interactive farmhouse kitchen encourages interaction between the guests and the chef as he prepares your meals exactly to your liking. Long Hope Villa’s Introduction to South African Wines is a wine tasting and food pairing created by our executive chef and hosted by our very own resident wine enthusiast. The tasting consists of a brief history and introduction to the wines of Southern Africa, the tasting of four wines and food pairing recommendations with canapés.
