About Hairabib Hunting Farm
In the north of Namibia, on the way to the Etosha pan, you will find the hunting farm Hairabib (meaning Hyena Den) comprising an area of 7000 ha. The area consists of savannah and various waterholes for game and cattle. On Hairabib, interesting hunting- and photo safaris in untouched nature can be arranged.
The farmhouse is nestled in a big garden with old trees. There is a lapa, equipped with a braai (barbeque) and a swimming pool to cool down in. In the lounge, you will find interesting literature and hunting stories. The house has two functionally equipped double rooms and one single room with cold and hot shower. Electricity works at 220 Volts. You will be generously treated by the hostess with German and Namibian dishes as well as coffee and homemade cake.
You can enrich your stay by undertaking excursions to National Parks like the Etosha National Park, the Waterberg-Plateau Park or the Mahangu-Park in the Caprivi. The famous Hoba Meteorite is only about 20 km away from the farm.
To complete your stay in Namibia, you can also travel to Swakopmund. There you will find the Atlantic Ocean with an opportunity for fishing, beach-life and a day trip to Cape Cross, the habitat of one of the biggest colonies of seals.
