Offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge, balcony and single garage. It is furnished to a high standard of luxury and fully equipped for self-catering.

2. Exousia Bed & Breakfast is situated in VOGELSTRAND, Swakopmund, walking distance from the Platz Am Meer Shopping Center and the beach. You have a choice between the King -, Queen - and Superior Double Rooms. Each room offers a private en-suite bathroom. It is furnished to a high standard of luxury for our guests’ comfort, with free WiFi and a smart TV in each room. Included in your stay is free secure parking. Guests share a heated salt swimming pool, garden, lounge/library and dining room for breakfasts and dinners.

Exousia Bed & Breakfast's Junior Suite accommodates up to four guests. It has a full en-suite bathroom, a bar fridge and smart TV and is furnished to a high standard of luxury. Located in Vogel Strand, close to the Platz Am Meer Shopping Centre.
Superior Queen Room
Exousia Bed & Breakfast's Superior Queen Room accommodates up to three guests. The room has a full en suite bathroom and is furnished to a high standard of luxury. Located in Vogel Strand, close to the Platz Am Meer Shopping Centre.
Superior Double Room
Exousia B& B's Superior Double Room accommodates up to two adults sharing a bed, OR one or two older children sharing the room.The room has an en suite bathroom with a shower only. Located in Vogel Strand, close to Platz Am Meer Center.
Exousia Self Catering apartment
The spacious apartment offers city views over Swakopmund from the sunny furnished balcony. Offering two bedrooms, sleeping up to two guests in one bedroom with one Double and one Single bed-bunker, with an en-suite bathroom, and up to two more guests in the second bedroom with two three-quarter beds, sharing a second bathroom. It is furnished to a high standard of luxury and fully equipped for self-catering stay and includes a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, and a microwave, a Nespresso machine for the coffee connoisseur, stove and much much more.
