Moringa Gardens is a luxury self-catering penthouse apartment in secure complex in the centre of Swakopmund. Its location is an ideal base from which to explore Swakopmund and is an easy 10-minute walk to the beach.
The apartment has 270° views over Swakopmund and the encroaching giant sand dunes of the Namib Desert. The spacious apartment has three bedrooms and sleeps six guests with a main en-suite bedroom, a queen-sized double room and a three-quarter bedroom with a pull out single bed sharing a bathroom.
The apartment is light, modern and contemporary, with most of the apartment opening onto balconies which have been designed in such way as to minimize the impact of the harsh Atlantic elements. Furnished to a high standard of luxury, a flat screen television with satellite (cable) channels and an automated tandem garage are there for your safety and convenience. The penthouse is secure and the complex has 24 hour security.
