By the Beach

Situated on the top floor of the Swanlamer complex, Swanlamer No.12 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open plan lounge and kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom contains two single beds. The apartment has great sea views from the lounge and the master bedroom. The twin bedroom looks out over the town to the east. A sleeper couch in the lounge provides a second double bed so that an additional two guests may be accommodated,at no extra cost. An indoor fireplace /braai is installed in the lounge. In each of the rooms beautiful Namibian photography is displayed on the walls. A television and stereo is provided in the lounge and the bedroom when the local entertainment becomes overwhelming.

In the kitchen you find everything you also have in your home. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven/stove, microwave, cappuccino maker, jug and toaster.
Tea, coffee, condiments and toiletries are provided for complimentary use during your stay, as self catering need not mean bringing the kitchen sink!

The Swanlamer complex has a security gate and double garage, both with remote operation. An elevator is available for convenient access to the first and second floors.

The apartment is fitted with beautiful handmade linen, all of which has been custom made by Iyaloo Projects, a community project helping to empower women in unprivileged sectors and those living with HIV.

A guide book is available in the apartment providing information about the local amenities, how to operate the equipment in the apartment, where to find things, and other useful information.
