Nomtsas Jagd Farm

Nomtsas consists of two parts, a commercial area of 36000 hectares for Rinderfarmerei and a 20000 hectare untreated Wildlife Reserve, which is used for animal welfare, wildlife viewing and for trophy hunting. Although droughts decimate the number of animals on a regular basis, the large antelope and giraffe herds amaze visitors and hunters.The Grassteppen and shrub, Savannah vegetation offers an extensive food box for various species of animals. Endless sandstone landscapes are joined by expansive surface. The famed dry rivers of the Fish River, Usib and Amiaub which flow at least once a year, transform the barren landscape into a paradise.
