Omuramba Hunting Lodge

Omuramba Hunting Lodge is a small thatched oasis nestled in a large private game reserve. The lodge is situated about 140 km northeast of Gobabis and about a 4 hour drive away from the Hosea Kutako International Airport. It is a wildlife paradise of beautiful thorn bush Savannah with excellent hunting opportunities and a private family atmosphere.

Omuramba harbors about 20 species of wildlife including warthog, kudu, eland, oryx, hartebeest, springbuck, giraffe, as well as the blue and black wildebeest. The lodge also offers other activities, such as horse riding. The farm is a hiker’s paradise, with beautiful scenery and sunsets. Omuramba features comfortable rooms with en suite bathrooms, a laundry service, and excellent farm cuisine is served. After the hunt, guests can relax in the well attended garden next to the swimming pool with ice cold refreshments, or ease muscles in the Jacuzzi.
