Whether travelling alone, as a group, or extended family, our Twin, Double and Family Rooms can accommodate your required sleeping needs. All rooms are air conditioned with en-suite bathrooms and mosquito nets.

Twin Room

All rooms are air conditioned with en-suite bathrooms and mosquito nets.
Our twin rooms are equally popular amongst couples, close friends or individual travellers. Having a common theme throughout, each room does have a bit of its own unique appeal and taste. All twin rooms feature two ¾ beds which can be rearranged into a king-size bed.
Campsite
Complementing the lodge facilities, Auob Country Lodge also offers spacious tree-covered campsites on the banks of the Auob River within walking distance from the main building. Each campsite has its own fire place and electricity point and shares communal ablution facilities. Special arrangements have been made to introduce Springbok, Lechwe and Nyala antelope in a small breeding camp next to campsite and are open to viewing for both campers and lodging guests.

At Auob Lodge, we make sure that our guests are given a memorable Namibian dining experience. A hearty buffet breakfast is served from our farm-style kitchen that will set you up for a day of activities on the reserve or the road ahead.
Our à la carte lunch menu offers a generous selection to visitors just hopping in for a quick bite or those who want to spare themselves for dinner. We also serve delicious three-course lunches (pre-booked) to early arriving guests or groups. Just give us a call in advance.
To cap off your day in the Kalahari, a super dinner, prepared the traditional Namibian way ensures no one lies awake on an empty stomach. After dinner, retire to the bar to relax and share stories with fellow visitors.
Our Lapa has a reputation for exceptional barbecues and unforgettable dining memories. The thatched enclosure is an atmospheric backdrop for celebratory meals, conferences and al fresco dining, the Namibian way.
