White Sands is a beach resort located on the Barra Peninsula roughly 30km from Inhambane and 4km from Barra.
There are various types of accommodation ranging from camping facilities to luxury Casas.
Located around White Sands are many attractions such as diving, deep-sea fishing or canoeing through the mangroves.
There is a restaurant, bar, swimming pool and sunset bar at the pool that serves good food to all. There are vegetarian and non- vegetarian dishes available for the guests. Both the bar and the restaurant are open throughout the year and there is a shop/boutique on site.
