About La Balise Marina
La Balise Marina is a unique marina development in Mauritius, situated in the dramatic Black River area, close to the inspiring Le Morne Peninsula and lagoon. The incomparable outdoor lifestyle is enhanced by the sea and the sun with modern marina facilities. Exquisitely designed, La Balise Marina's architectural concept is inspired by Mauritian architecture, and expresses it in a modern contemporary coastal language, creating a strong sense of place. The shades are cool and neutral. All the residences have direct access to the sea and most of them have their own mooring. The residences have been designed to harmonize the modern open plan indoor-outdoor lifestyle with the beautiful scenery.
