Kumbali Lake Retreat is a new eco-friendly lodge on the beautiful shores of Lake Malawi. Owned and run by the same family who owns Kumbali Country Lodge, Kumbali Lake Retreat comes with the same familiar “home away from home” feel with comfort and nature as the main focus. The property is built into the side of Lifuwu Hill which is home to the indigenous Samanga Monkey. Offering 4 individually thatched chalets each with a private outdoor lavatory and hot water shower, private khonde, walk-in mosquito nets, double or twin beds, ample storage space and breath taking views of the world famous Lake Malawi.
