Overview

Ko Ka Tsara is a secluded bush camp in middle of the Karoo near Beaufort West. At night, you'll hear the sound of jackal calling to each other across the plains and by day you can explore hiking trails and cool off in one of the many river pools. The camp has nine A-frame self-catering chalets built from stone, wood, and thatch - 2 are luxury and 7 are standard. The 4-sleeper luxury chalets have an open plan lounge/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and air con in the main bedroom which has a king size bed. The timber mezzanine floor has two single beds. The standard chalets also sleep four with two 3/4 beds downstairs and two single beds on the mezzanine floor. All the chalets have private undercover patios with braai areas. There are many activities to choose from, including mountain biking, walking trails and a 4x4 route. Ko Ka Tsara is a place to bring your family for a quiet country escape where you can find tranquility and rejuvenation in the wide spaces and fresh air.
