Award winning Kanonkop House is situated on the apex of Kanonkop Hill and enjoys spectacular views over the Knysna lagoon and down to the famous Knysna ‘Heads’ and the Indian Ocean.  This five star boutique guest house has a relaxed atmosphere and guests are personally hosted by the owners, the Conyers family. Six luxury rooms are all individually decorated and offer fine finishes, comfortable seating areas and special touches. Child Policy

No children under 8 years allowed, no specific child rates and children over 8 can be accommodated on an extra single bed in all rooms (no triples allowed in Paradise room).

All Seasons:
Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to arrival 80% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior to arrival 70% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 22 to 35 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee.

No-show bookings will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Early departures will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
All cancellation fees are calculated based on total room charge.
Should travel not be possible due to any COVID19 related cause or government restrictions we will allow deferral of travel for 12 months within the corresponding season.

Waterside Thesen HouseBed and Breakfast

The downstairs floor consists of two en-suite bedrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. One bedroom is a double and the second bedroom is a twin. Upstairs is a beautiful main bedroom, study and full en-suite bathroom which has a private sun deck. The second upstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower and toilet and its own sun deck. Waterside house has full satellite DSTV and Wi-Fi.
