About Kora National Park
The Kora National Park is the sister park to Meru and was the home of renowned lion man George Adamson. One of the main features of the park and adding greatly to its diversity is the Tana River, a change from the dense woodland and scrub that makes up the rest of the Park. Another feature of the Park is the granite inselbergs that rise up out of the acacia woodland. Kora has not lodges and accommodation is restricted to a few campsites.
